Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp 1 Olive Oil

  • 2 2 Shallots, Finely Chopped

  • 125 ml 125 Red Wine Vinegar

  • 3 tbsp 3 Honey

  • 200 g 200 Seedless Red Grapes, Halved

  • Salt

Directions

  • Place a large frying pan over medium heat with your olive oil, and then fry the shallot with a pinch of salt until it has softened. You’ll want to stir it regularly to prevent it from burning.
  • Add the vinegar and honey to the pan and stir it to incorporate, then allow it to simmer until it has thickened to a glossy sauce.
  • Carefully add the grapes to the pan and stir. Cook over medium heat until the grapes have softened a little.
