Bored of pesto made with basil and pine nuts? Then mix things up with this parsley pesto!

Ingredients

  • Handful of Parsley

  • 3 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 60 g 60 Walnut Halves

  • 60 g 60 Parmesan Cheese

  • 60 ml 60 Olive Oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Add the parsley, garlic cloves, walnut halves and parmesan cheese to a food processor and blitz until it forms a paste.
  • Once combined, add the olive oil with a pinch of salt and continue to process until it comes together to form a pesto sauce. Add more olive oil if it is a little too thick. Add more walnuts or cheese if you need to thicken it up a little.
