Bring a taste of Spain to your table with the bold and zesty flavor of Mojo Rojo

Ingredients

  • 5 5 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 2 Red Bell Peppers

  • 1tsp 1tsp Sweet Paprika

  • 1tsp 1tsp Cumin

  • 1tsp 1tsp Dried Chilli Flakes

  • 1 Slice 1 Slice White Bread

  • 50ml 50ml Red Wine Vinegar

  • 100ml 100ml Olive Oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Peel the garlic cloves and deseed the pepper before cutting it into rough chunks. You’ll use a food processor to blitz, so it doesn’t have to be neat.
  • Add the garlic, cumin, paprika, bread, peppers and a pinch of salt to a food processor and blitz to form a rough paste.
  • Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar to the food processor and blitz until it becomes a well-combined paste. If it is too thick, add an extra glug of olive oil.
