Ingredients

  • 2 2 Limes, Juice

  • 1 tbsp 1 Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 Fish Sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 Sugar

  • 1 1 Red Chilli, Finely Chopped

  • 1 1 Garlic Clove, Minced

  • Small Handful Fresh Coriander

  • Water

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the finely chopped red chilli and minced garlic to the bowl, stirring well to combine.
  • Add the finely chopped coriander leaves to the sauce and stir to mix.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the flavours to your liking, adding more lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, or sugar as needed. If the sauce is too strong, you can add a little water to dilute it to your preference.
  • Serve the sauce immediately as a dipping sauce for seafood, grilled meats, or spring rolls, or use it as a dressing for salads.
