Ingredients
200 ml 200 Honey
1 tbsp 1 Ground Turmeric
1 1 Thumb-Sized Piece of Ginger, Peeled
1 tbsp 1 Olive Oil
1 tsp 1 Lemon Juice
¼ tsp ¼ Black Pepper
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, olive oil, and turmeric, then grate in the ginger.
- Stir the mixture over low heat until the honey and turmeric are well combined, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, and stir in the fresh lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
- Allow the mixture to cool before using it, and the flavours will meld together as it cools.
