Ingredients

  • 30 g 30 Fresh Coriander, Chopped

  • 2 2 Limes, Zest and Juice

  • 1 1 Green Chilli, Chopped

  • 1 1 Small Onion, Chopped

  • 1 1 Garlic Clove, Peeled

  • 1 tsp 1 Sugar

  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp 2 Water, or as Needed

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped coriander, lime juice, lime zest, chopped green chilli (if using), chopped onion, garlic clove, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend the ingredients together, adding water a tablespoon at a time, until the chutney reaches your desired consistency. It can be as smooth or as chunky as you prefer.
  • Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning with more salt, sugar, or lime juice if needed.
  • Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl or an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
