Ingredients

  • 10 10 Fresh Red Hot Chillies, Adjust to Your Spice Tolerance

  • 10 10 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 tbsp 1 Ground Caraway Seeds

  • 1 tbsp 1 Ground Cumin

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Remove the stems and seeds from the chillies. Roughly chop them and place them in a food processor.
  • Add the peeled garlic cloves to the food processor.
  • Process the peppers and garlic together until a coarse paste forms.
  • Slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture takes on the consistency of a thick sauce or paste. Continue to blitz until it comes together.
  • Add the ground caraway seeds, ground cumin, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients then serve!
